Tuesday is becoming my favorite day of the week. Two weeks ago, Criswell submits my order for an EB Z06. One week ago Criswell calls to tell me that they have an allocation for my car. Today, they call to tell me I have a TPW of 7/23!!

This is happening a lot faster then I expected, but I suppose that has a lot to do with the size of this dealership's allocation - plus a little luck.

So, now I have some questions:

Given a TPW of 7/23, when can I expect to pick the car up at the Museum?

Will the Museum contact me to establish a delivery date?

Anyone know how to contact Wendell Strode's BB to see if I can book an accomodation?

Thanks - definitely freaking out here!

congrats. isn't it funny how getting this car makes you kind of freak out...but in a good way. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif

i believe 2-3 weeks for production of your vehicle?? (someone else may chime in with more of an exact figure)

again, i believe the museum will contact your dealer to let him/her know that you now have a two-week window to setup for delivery.

the BB...not sure???

good luck.

BLEUBYU, I have the same TPW week. Let's keep in touch.

To solve my anxiety, I ordered chrome Z06 wheels today. Next week, I will order the B&B Tri-Flo PRT's w/ speedway tips. Then I will have to cool it for awhile so my REAL boss doesn't get tooooo upset with my expenditures, don't ya know!

I have a TPW of 7-16 for a MY with museum delivery. I spoke with Judy Yanko at the NCM who said that the cars are ready for delivery three weeks after production. At that point, you have a three week window in which to pick the car up at the museum. If I recall correctly, once Judy has a confirmed build date ( it may not actually be during the TPW due to possible delays)she will then contact you to set a delivery date. I'm hoping to get my car Monday Aug. 20. Anyone else hoping for that date?

Frank, thanks for the congrats - yes, the wait will be a killer!

Z06M3, Thanks for the info. I did not realize it took three weeks or so after TPW to get a delivery window - was kinda figuring about 10 days or so...

C5Venom - I know about the trapped in a younger bod - turnin' 52 tomorrow. The Z will make one hell of a delayed B-day present! Maybe we can schedule our Museum deliveries to coincide with the Corvette Bash at the Museum...
