I have a question about a using an oil cooler; forgive me if this is a dumb question or has been covered in the past.
I was reading a very good article on the ZO6 in which the author mentioned that the C5's historically had trans temp problems both with manual and automatic trans (justifying the need for the trans temp light). His suggestion was installing a trans cooler which is available from Chevrolet. I've never heard of a trans cooler for a manual trans- (how would the trans fluid get pumped through the cooler). Forgive me for my ignorance- can someone enlighten me. Also is there a trans temp readout on the ZO6 or just a warning light. Thanks in advance.
