I've never really been a big fan of the Z06 chrome wheels, but I have a chance to pick up a set of OEM wheels that have been chromed at a very reasonable price. The more I see them, the more I like them, but something in me still says to keep the originals.

Any opinions are welcome. I'd like to know what you like and just as important, why.

The gray finish makes a great contrast with all of the black on your ZO6.

Are OEM Chromies the same stock forged rims that have been chromed, or a look alike z06 chrome rim? I would stick with stock unless its the same forged rim. Another option is to have your stock rims polished for about $1000. Craig

David - BurkeSS here in Missouri City (my twin with a QS Z) says he just bought a set of chromed wheels last weekend and says they look striking with the quicksilver. I have not seen his new wheels yet. I prefer to stay stock and save my coins for a future 425 HP Z.

I have seen the chrome on the fcalmes and FUBU' s car and it does look very nice, but I prefer to stay stock. Hopefully you can see some on a car in person. I agree with AgentZ06
