I told you guys I would find the answer of chrome Z06 wheels. I called Corvette Mike and Matt was more than happy to help me out. They took a set of stock wheels and a set of chrome wheels and weighed them on digital scales.

Stock Front Z06 wheels.......19.65 lbs./ea
Chromed Front Z06 wheels.....20.4 lbs./ea

Stock Rear Z06 wheels........21.4 lbs./ea
Chromed Rear Z06 wheels......22.1 lbs./ea

Wow the stock Z06 wheels are light! That's got to be a huge factor in the improved performance. Bet not many aftermarket racing wheels are any lighter.

Do you have the real weight of the factory thin spoke wheels? I have seen many different weights posted. I have a set of them, QF5's with m\Michelin Mxx3's mounted, waiting for my Z.
