Ok I'm ready to sell my stock exaust. Shipping is 120.00 to ship uncut, 30.00 to ship cut ( cut once ) Is it hard to weld right ? , is it expensive ? Will the person have an exaust that is just as good as a uncut one ? Any advice would be Greatly appreciated. Thanks, Clint :z:

DON'T CUT IT !!!!!

It has to be welded in a near vacume and Oxygen Depleted atmosphere and seasoned with Argon Gas. Not many people have a booth large enough to do this. In addition it takes a very experienced welder and the Ti is so thin.

1. Use a lift to take it off in one piece.
2. Ship it whole, each side in a seperate boxed package.
3. Use a lot of packing.

If you cut it, it is worthless scrap IMHO.

I Fed Ex'ed a set a while back and it didn't seem to cost that much. I know the Brown Truck guys were much higher.

Break it down into two box's. It's not the weight that costs so much in this case but as you know the package size. Give Fed Ex a try.
