Is there a better tire than the SuperCar tires that I can put on my Z that will increase Autox performance and grip on the dragstrip, yet still be adequate for street incase I get caught in rain?

Yes... Kumho, and Hoosier make better gripping front tires. Hoosier Makes the 18" Rears... Kumho does not have them available as of yet.
