I just ordered a Wilwood 6 brake system- front 6 piston calipers, with the Q brake pads and stainless steel lines.
At first, I thought of keep my Sure Stop drilled and slotted Rotors, but now I'm not so sure.
My current rotors have about 5K with Hawk pads- the set-up works well.
What would be the plus and minuses on keeping my current rotors but changing everything else... I would save about $500 bucks- not a bad thing.

If I do change the front rotors, which rotors should i choose and why- looking at the Wilwood (2 piece rotor) or Baer EradiSpeed +(plus)(2 piece rotors). I'm told they both are about the same size, a bit bigger than stock(on the "fire line"), however the Baer rotor is much lighter that stock. If this is so, I would be interested in this since this reduces unsprung weight.

I plan on keep my rears calipers stock, but the rotors are the same Sure Stop rotors with hawk pads- I will be installing steel lines in the rear also and change to the Motul 600.
