First, Thanks to all that have responded.

Now with sufficient education in long-distance 'relationships', I'll buy only what I can physically inspect prior to purchase. I'll send an email as suggested and If the physical rack - or any other item I need - is within reasonable driving distance from Denver, CO, there's a good chance that I'll buy it.
