I am a professor at Auburn University and I parked my MY Z06 on campus today. Driving home a few minutes ago I notice a note as it flies up from under my hood edge so I do a 180 and pick it up. I am fearing that someone has thrown a door into me..... Here is the note's contents.....verbatim.

Hi there,

I have a question about your corvette. If you wouldn't mind calling me when you get a chance, I'd appreciate it. (smilie)
My name is Becca Stewart and my number is 844-7006.

Thank you very much! (smilie)

I call her from my cell right then.... curious what she could want and she says,
"My boyfriend loves corvettes and his birthday is this weekend and I was wondering if I could borrow your car for a few hours so he could drive it around as a birthday present from me."

I thought for a nanosecond and calmly told her that I was unwilling to do that but she should take him to the chevy dealer and ask for some test drives there. Now if any of you would like to help her out go ahead ....

Ah, youth! Everyday I go to class you can hear me mutter, "Well its time to go push back the frontiers of ignorance."
