Iwould not leave it, as this should not be accepted.
If they cannot do it, I would go to a dealer to fix the issue.
Just remember that you can tell if it is the pump, or just a vibration.
If the tanks are below 1/4, it could make more noise, than when full.
See if it changes, and let us know, c4c5
