Found On Road Dead. Got ya Frank /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
I can probably get 3 or 4 Topics out of this but I won't be a hog.
Today I picked up my Z06 from the dealer after having my clutch repaired, about 15 miles down the interstate the car died.
Most likely the fuel pump.
I was forced to use a dealer 30 miles away because my selling dealer and the AVM would not warranty my car.
Did I mention that this happened during rush hour?
I call my girl friend on the cell, she is driving home in my red FRC and the dealer of course. The dealer is sending a tow but I need to get back to work to sign pay checks so she stays with the Z06.
So there she is sitting in the Z06 while bumper to bumper traffic is creeping by. The only people that asked if she needed any help were 2 Mustangs, the couple of C5s that went by wouldn't even turn their heads to look at her.
This is going to be my first Z06less weekend since late August./phpBB/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Wow, Tom. If it wasn't for bad luck, you would have no luck at all!! /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Glad to see a couple of Rustang drivers try to help out. They are probably Corvette want-a-be's.

Unfortunately, there are Corvette owners out there that just don't understand the meaning of ownership. We are always going to have the Yuppy Vette owner that is just out trying to show everyone that he's cool /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif and above everyone else.

I've always believed owning a Vette carried responsibilities, such as brotherhood and heritage.

Doesn't FORD also mean Fixed Or Repaired Daily?

Doesn't FORD also mean Fixed Or Repaired Daily?

Double meaning ZEEE like FRC. Fucking Real Corvette or Finaly Real Corvette.
