SHOE, you probably applied a little too much in the areas that you described, and it never dried, this happens to people when they are doing the Z-1/Z-2 treatment, we have a new product coming out in the next month or so that will solve this problem. As said very thin coats is the key with Zaino

If I wash my Vette and then Zaino it, probably will take about 2-3 hours with doing the interior. I washed and applied 3 coats of the new Zaino about 3 weeks ago and it took me 2 1/2 hourse total with dry time, it depends on how humid it is.

That is correct, virgin cotton about 4" x 5", the seams are reversed stitched with 100% cotton as well, the spong on the inside is 100% silicone free (this is because Sal Zaino is so anal he would only have them made this way)
