Left turn signal fast blinks; right doesn't

Went to one of those no-touch car washes yesterday where you park and the sprayer goes around the car. Since then, the left turn signal blinks fast while the right turn signal blinks at the normal rate. No DTCs.

Anyone seen this before?

In addition...

Couple of other small things I've noticed... Not really big deals, just minor annoyances.

I keep the 'recirculate air' option on whenever possible, but I find that when I really get on the throttle, it disengages and I keep having to reenable it.

Another thing is that the rear defroster lamp is out, but it still seems to be working. How to replace the lamp?

IIRC, the AC compressor cuts off ~ 4700 rpm ... I thought it was supposed to re-engage when revs dropped back below the threshold :-?

DennyM: Ok, that makes sense, it's killing the A/C upon that threshold and then when the A/C resumes (it DOES resume, FYI), I just lose the recirculation function. I messed around with these settings in EFILive on my first tuning attempt and currently they are:

{G0101} A/C Disable RPM - 4000 RPM
{G0102} A/C Enable RPM - 3200 RPM
{G0103} A/C Disable TPS - 60%
{G0104} A/C Enable TPS - 0%
{G0105} A/C Enable Timer - 0
{G0106} A/C - Fan #2 Control

I suspect that changing 'Fan #2 Control' to 'Auto Recirculation' will take care of it, but I won't be uploading a new tune until I install the Killer Bee intake (hopefully today).

Thanks, guys.

I read up a little more on the bulb outage thing and it seems that the DRLs burn a hole in the plastic and when water gets in (like from a high-pressure wash), bulbs go bye-bye. I wanted to change the DRLs to bluish-whites anyhow to get closer to the HIDs.

Hey Tom, you mentioned three bulbs... I've only accounted for one so far. I did find 4157NALL for the DRLs online and clear 3157LL bulbs apparently can be used to substitute, but what are the other two P/Ns? Been searching here and CF and haven't found them, unless there are two bulbs per side of the 4157s plus the turn signal bulbs...

Ok on the bulbs, I went to Advance Auto earlier and picked up 3157LL DRL bulbs and 899 bulbs for the front turns. Wasn't sure of the turn signal part number but that's what their computer pulled up. I'll just swap them all out to maintain lighting consistency.

Any recommendations on heat resistant tape for sealing up any holes? Don't think regular electrical tape would be sufficient.

Yeah, I think it was all because I went too slowly during the undercarriage washing portion when you first drive in. I've used that car wash before without this happening, then I remembered I went through that part quicker before this last time.

I have yet to attempt to put in the new bulbs; I was too jazzed to get that Killer Bee intake installed instead and just finished doing that.

Anyhow, I uploaded a new tune with the Auto Recirculation setting I mentioned above and now recirculation stays on even when the A/C compressor is disengaged @ 4000 RPM, so that issue is resolved. Recirculation now also comes on automatically when starting the car, just as I wanted. When the time comes to eventually track it, I'll change that setting back to run fan #2 instead for better engine cooling.
